New goals from new learnings!

I have been on a high since the Vegas run!!  I have been channeling it into some great workouts and my butt has been sore for what seems like a week :D  Started the Christmas shopping today so worked from home with the holiday music in hopes for that shopping spirit to come to me.  Alas it does, but only to buy things for me ;) lol!

Here is my rambling of the day - I am EXCITED for the new Tim Ferris book to come out.

After I rambled about it a bit I found a great 5 minute video that even gives you my FAVORITE quote by him:  "It's more important to add life to your years than to add years to your life".  More here if you like him.  Can't wait to tell you about the book!

LOL, i think you will get a lot of benefit from the raw food detox amygirl! Any break from sugars, dairy and processed food will do your body a world of good. I've been pretty slack with the fasting lately, though after boxing day i think i really should knuckle down and do some sort of detox or fast. Too much of the good stuff has been creeping into my diet this time of the year!.... You should be so proud of your 1/2 time, what an accomplishment! I can feel all your positivity radiating half way across the world. Keep up the kick -arse training xo

Kel - Can't wait to hear your thoughts after you read a bit on the plane today. I bought it on the Ipad so I could start reading it asap!
Chelle - I'm looking forward to sharing the new challenge of trying the detox. I have had WAY too much good stuff lately and I think I want the break emotionally as much as physically. Congrats on being the WOOT factor of the day at www.kellyolexa.com
Mr. Flo - :) I am still waiting for your flex lol!
