FALLING OFF THE WAGON :D

So maybe my fall off the wagon wasn't THIS extreme but I sure feel like the results of it have been.  WHEW!  I fell off multiple wagons at the same time - diet, exercise, running, blogging.  So by the end of the 3 weeks or so I don't feel much like the Amy :D  I am ready to get back on and am looking at what secrets to you have to reset and only look forward.

AND... I got a camera!  Took me 2+ days to figure out how to use it with my Apple and upload to YouTube but I think I got it working and should be able to help me get faster at posting.  The camera is so little that I should be able to take you all with me too :D  This Thursday is the #NakedFitness event with Sears.  I am excited to go to a blogging event.  I don't know I guess it is like some mental right of passage that says Amy you are a blogger so get blogging.  Haha.  I am off to Social Media Club Chicago tonight for @Unmarketing book tour.  Busy week which is a great week to start because I will have tons to talk about!!

I am starting with some stretching and yoga this week and then need to get back to kicking my butt!  Look forward to catching up with all soon!

Hey girl, i just want to say that you are definitely not alone. We all go through periods were we fall off the wagon but hey that is LIFE!The most important part is that you have got back on and are ready to kick-butt all the way to the new year! I have learnt with my crazy travel schedule for work to NOT over-indulge in restaurant meals (dessert!) when i'm away. Not only does it throw my weight-loss progress back a couple of weeks but i am also less motivated to exercise with a massive sugar hit flowing through my body...All the best with the 1/2 marathon training!!! ;-)

Hey girl...couldn't watch the video since my computer is down, and hubbies seems to go quite slow on vids...but just wanted to say there is not secret...you just get back on that wagon and get going! We all go through slumps, but once the slump passes (and for true fitness fanatics like we are, the slump always passes), take advantage of the new mojo and get going.
Personally, I was having some real super sluggish days (about 2 weeks worth) since I screwed up my hip-but finally this morning woke up and bam did my best run yet as far as time-with energy left over at the end.
You've got it in you and when it hits, look out!

Awwww GROUP HUG :D I love my girls! I am glad I am human. haha. I have been watching your daily mile posts and feeling yuckier. I think you both said it right one. Life happens and I just have to get going again. I think it's the mental part that has been a crazy game - I need to start ignoring that chick in my head! :D

Can't wait to catch up this weekend on your blogs. @Raechelle - not moving made my hip thing come back and I had to hit the chiro twice this week! @Chelle - Hope your next quarter century has been especially sassy - what was that hot dress? @Elisha - Can't wait to borrow your Insanity soon!!!

xoxo
